Council Managed Halls

Last modified: August 12, 2009 - 12:58 AM

Wingecarribee Shire Council has a number of community halls available for hire throughout the Shire that are suitable for a variety of functions eg: family parties, weddings, meetings and seminars.

The majority of halls are managed by Volunteer Committees of Council who are responsible for the care, control and hire of the facilities.

Procedure for Hiring  Council Facilities:

To hire a Council hall, each hirer must fully complete and sign a User Agreement for Council Facilities and return it to the relevant booking officer, together with copies of appropriate insurances, risk management and event planning information.

Please note that your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of all relevant documentation and the bond deposit.

User Agreements for Council Facilities are available from each individual Booking Officer.
