Payment methods. There are several different payment options available to you to pay your rates.

| Direct Debit - Payment made automatically from your bank account.

A separate Direct Debit Request form must be completed for Rates and Water and Sewerage account.

Direct Debit Request - Rates Account Form Options are Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly payments
Direct Debit Request - Water and Sewerage Account Form Options are monthly or the due date of the account.

| Australia Post - Present your notice and payment at any Australia Post branch in Australia |
| In Person - Present your notice and payment to the Cashier at the Civic Centre in Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale |

Bank - You can pay at any NATIONAL BANK in Australia and most other Banks. Complete deposit slip and take your notice intact to the Bank.

Credit Card - Credit Card payments can be made through the EFTPOS facilities at the Civic Centre. In addition Council accepts credit card payments via Online Payments or phone 1300 138 795
Please note: A service fee applies to all credit card payments. The current rate is 0.78% for phone and internet payments. Counter payments at the Civic Centre are 1%.

Agreement to Make Rate Payment Application
Council appreciates the fact that circumstances can prevent people paying rate instalments or water and sewerage charges by the due date and for this reason is prepared to accept regular payments, provided the account is settled within twelve months.
Applying for a Pensioner Concession Application
Under State Legislation some pensioners are eligible for mandatory concessions.
