Following these changes to the draft LEP 2007, a revised draft (draft LEP 2009)  was subseuqnetly placed on public exhibition.  Details on this draft LEP may be obtained via the Local Environmental Plan - 2009 Draft link on the green bar to the left of this page.  The 2009 Draft is currently with the NSW Department of Planning for adoption.
